Event Details

  • The venue, Summersalt Beach Club at Jumeirah Al Naseem, offered a spectacular setting — where warm lights, live music, and the aroma of spices and seafood came together to create a celebration of taste, culture, and creativity.

From hundreds of distinguished nominees across five continents, a select few rose to the top:

    • Mezzaluna @ lebua, Bangkok was crowned World’s Best Restaurant, a place where French finesse meets Thai intensity in a seamless culinary dialogue.

    • Ossiano at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, won World’s Best Culinary Experience, inviting guests into a magical underwater world where cuisine and design become immersive art.

    • The title of World’s Best Hotel Restaurant went to Ariana’s Persian Kitchen at Atlantis The Royal, a proud tribute to the sophistication of Iranian gastronomy.

    • And ultimately, Dubai itself earned the title of World’s Best Culinary Destination, a testament to its decade-long investment in diversity, quality, and gastronomic innovation.

Beyond the golden trophies, winners walked away as icons — not just of taste, but of transformation, storytelling, and global culinary leadership.

What set this year’s ceremony apart was more than its glamour or guest list. It was the underlying message:
Today, more than ever, gastronomy is a global language — a force for peace, culture, and progress.
